Sprinkler System Maintenance Terms and Conditions

ALL-N-1 Landscape ALL-N-1 Landscape agrees to render seasonal service for the customer stated above and at the rate specified under following terms and conditions.

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED: ALL-N-1 Landscape is responsible for scheduling of all services as stated in this document. All products used in your sprinkler system by ALL-N-1 Landscape are installed according to manufacturer's directions by certified, trained personnel.

  2. PAYMENT TERMS: After each service, ALL-N-1 Landscape will leave a copy of the work performed along with other information on your door. You will receive an invoice in the mail. Terms are net due within 30 days from date of invoice. A 1.5% service charge will be added to all unpaid amounts after 30 days. An annual prepayment discount is 10%. 3-year prepayment discount is 20%. Prepayment is not required. You may either prepay or pay after each service.

  3. GUARANTEE: ALL-N-1 Landscape guarantees your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please call our office within 15 days following said service and we will perform a free service call.

  4. SERVICE CALLS: If you have a concern with your sprinkler system, please call or email our office "right away". If one of our certified technicians is not readily available, we will return your call! If we cannot answer your concern via telephone or email, we will gladly schedule a service call.

  5. EXCLUSIONS: Reduced labor rate and zero labor rates do not apply to major remodeling of the system, additions, repairs and/or modifications after installation of other products, repairs after initial irrigation audit for new clients, any other services performed besides on sprinkler system. New controller is excluded from warrantee unless covered by original manufacturer warrantee.

  6. OTHER SERVICES: ALL-N-1 Landscape provides a variety of services to help protect and enhance the beauty of your landscape. Complimenting lawn sprinkler services, we offer Landscape Construction, Landscape Design, Drainage Solutions, Retaining Walls, Flagstone and Paver Patios and Walkways, etc. Please call or email our office to order or receive more information.

  7. CONTINUING YEAR-TO-YEAR SERVICE: This agreement will remain in force for a period of one year and shall be renewed automatically for successive one year terms thereafter. You will be reminded of this in our newsletters. You will receive prior written notice of any price increases.

  8. How to CHANGE or DISCONTINUE Service: This agreement may be discontinued by either party at any time. You will receive a newsletter providing information about your service and pricing changes. You may discontinue any service by sending us email or calling prior to receiving. To change your service please call our office and speak to our service representative or email a written notice authorizing the change in service.
